1. Select Engineering Complaints from the Complaints Tab.

2. For viewing an engineering complaint, select complaint with status of assigned, reassigned, escalated or work in progress complaint.

Click on Work in Progress from the bottom tab.

3. Fill in the WIP issue form. All details are mandatory.

4. Click on Add.
